If you believe that your mailbox has been damaged by a City snow plow, you may contact the Public Works Department by phone at 712-732-8029, by email at publicworks@stormlake.org or you may fill out an online service request.
Upon receiving notice of a damaged mailbox the City will investigate the cause of the damage and if the cause of the damage is found to be a directly from a snow plow (not damage caused by rolling or plowed snow) then the City will make reimbursement for the mailbox that was damaged with a similar mailbox.
