The City of Storm Lake Snow Emergency has been modified. The Snow Emergency remains in effect for the Central Business District only, through 6 AM Tuesday, Dec. 2. The Snow Emergency and parking restrictions have been lifted for the RESIDENTIAL areas. No parking in the downtown area from 2-6AM, and no parking in downtown lots B & D.
