The city will be completing critical work to the sanitary sewer infrastructure in Scout Park and the sewer piping downstream. To facilitate this work, a temporary piping system needs to be installed to ensure continued sewer service.
A route for this temporary piping has been established as shown in the figure. While this system is in place, small areas of the following roads will be closed to allow the pipe to cross:  Grand Avenue, College Avenue, Otsego Street and the intersection of Ontario Street and 3rd Street. Ramps across the piping will allow pedestrian traffic to cross at the seven closure points.
The temporary piping system is anticipated to be in place starting July 8th through late-August. We appreciate your patience as the city completes this vital work.
