Your bill is comprised of four components:
•   Water
•   Sewer
•   Landfill
•   Storm Water

Water is based on a base rate for the first 1,500 gallons of water used, and a per 1,000 gallon rate for all water used in excess of 1,500 gallons. Sewer is based on the number of water gallons used. Landfill is a flat fee. For residential customers stormwater is a flat fee. Commercial and industrial users’ stormwater fee is based on impervious surface area.
