Library Cards
Anyone Kindergarten age or older may receive a library card valid for three years. To apply for a library card, request a registration form from a library staff member. You will need to provide proof of your current address. Accepted forms of identification include: a valid driver's license, utility bill or check book with name/address imprint.
You will need to present your library card when you borrow materials. It is strongly recommended that you DO NOT lend your library card to others. The person to whom the card was issued is responsible for all fees, fines, and materials checked out or rented with that card.
If your card has been lost or stolen please notify the Storm Lake Public Library as soon as possible. There is a fee for replacement cards.
Loan Periods
