Building layout (prior to excavation)

Footings - check forms and reinforcements prior to pouring

Sewer and water tap

Temporary electrical service

Under floor plumbing

Foundation and anchor bolt layout

Framing walls, rafters

Electrical rough in & smoke detector layout

Plumbing rough in

Garage fire wall

Draft stopping of floor trusses (if required)

Framing - roof

Fire stopping for wires & plumbing 

Check smoke detectors

Mechanical (gas shut offs, gas piping)

Electrical (bonding, grounding, GFI labeling)

Plumbing (pressure tubing)

Egress window framing

Self closing (20 min) door into garage

Sheetrock

Handrails

In addition to inspections set above, other inspections may be necessary or required for some types of work covered by permits.
