East 10th Street Project
This project will reconstruct East 10th Street from Seneca Street to just west of the intersection of East 10th Street and Russell Street. The reconstruction of the East 10th Street and Russell intersection will be handled under a separate project in 2016. This project will also include some work to lower the grade near the Oneida Street intersection and changes to the storm water facilities between Oneida and Seneca Street. The new street work will also include the installation of sub-drains along portions of the street.
As part of keeping residents and visitors up to date on the status of this project city staff will be updating and keeping a project blog on the project.
